The problem to solve

Outdoor and technical clothing often focus either on performance or on style, but not both. decoy. was created to find a balance between these two ideas. The goal was to design functional clothing based on technology and movement, while keeping a clean, urban style that can also be worn in everyday life. The challenge was to create a brand that feels ready for outdoor use but also fits naturally into daily situations.

Solution

I developed a simple and clean visual identity inspired by technical gear and gorpcore culture. The design uses clear structures, flexible systems, and a minimal visual style focused on clarity and function. Typography, colors, and layouts are easy to read and consistent, inspired by outdoor equipment. The result is a brand that supports functional clothing designed for movement and adaptability, where technology is subtle and usefulness is the main focus.
